Think you’ve got what it takes to outscore Mike Hussey?
This summer, Johnnie Walker is giving cricket fans the chance to put themselves in the shoes of an international cricketer and experience the pressure of life at the crease with their virtual cricket simulator.
Basically you grab a bat, pull on the cricket simulator helmet and are transported into a virtual test match in one of the world’s greatest sporting arenas – the MCG.
Once at the crease, the challenge is simple – face an over of bowling in front of a roaring MCG crowd and try and beat the score of 28 runs set by Mr. Cricket himself – Mike Hussey. The person with the highest score each day will win a cricket bat signed by the current Australian team and prizes will also be given to 15 other high scorers.
So if you have ever dreamed of hitting a six at the MCG, you should get yourself down to the Johnnie Walker virtual cricket dome at the following matches:
3 Mobile Test Series:
Australia v West Indies, WACA (stadium precinct), Perth, 16th – 18th December 2009
Australia v West Indies, MCG (stadium precinct), Melbourne, 26th – 28th December 2009
KFC Twenty20™ International:
Australia v Pakistan, MCG (stadium precinct), Melbourne, 5th February 2010
