Why does everyone rave about Rahul Dravid whatever he does? In the third Test against the West Indies, he slowed the game down to such an extent that India couldn’t even think about victory. This isn’t the first time: he has done this so many times in the past. Granted, he has done a lot for India and played several gritty innings, but as captain, his mindset is ultra positive.

How can you say that Googly? It is the worst kind of rubbish I’ve heard. Think back to all the match-winning and match-saving innings the guy has played. I would have a Dravid over a Tendulkar in my team any day

Having watched Dravid play in the West Indies during the current series, I think he is one of the best number three batsmen I have ever seen. Don’t tempt fate, Googly

RAHUL DRAVID IS THE GREATEST! THE BEST!! All those who think he is defensive should watch him play at Eden Gardens in 2001 and at Adelaide in the 2003-04 series. Have you got that, Googly?

But I agree with Googly on one point. Whatever he does as a player, Dravid is an ultra-defensive captain, which Sourav Ganguly never was. Some men are born leaders, and Dravid isn’t one of them.
