They are meeting again after long time, April 20th match was good and bad too. It was one of the lowest score match but there was thrill too. Pitch was the villian there, it was the BAD PITCH of the Tournament. VVS Laxman and Ganguly got hit from the pitch, so how Kolkata Knight Riders won the match with the good and patince batting of David Hussey.

Knight Riders broke there 4 streak and won the last match against Bangalore Royal Challengers by just 5 runs after working very hard while bowling, one stage Mark Boucher and White took away the match from them. Knight Riders has played only 7 matches till now and this will be there 8th match but on the other hand Deccan Chargers will be playing there 9th match, if Knight Riders wins this match then they have a good chance to qualify the semi finals.

Deccan had a mixed baggage of win and loss both in home and away. In one match they play like real Hero's and on other match they under perfom. Shahid Afridi has been one of the weakest, he has not yet performed well, so middle order is not scoring runs. Herschelle Gibbs gets small starts but he is not able to manage the starts and falls soon. Both team loses 2 to 3 wicket in first 5 to 6 overs, this puts team on back foot. Its going to be good match.

Shoaib Akhtar is included in 14 players for selection, we have to wait and see if he will be in playing XI. Murli Kartik may be out as he has not at all perfomed well in all the matches that he had played and in previos match in his last over he gave lots of runs which brought Challengers to come close to win the match. Brad Hodge has left to join his National side and he was not in run getters too, so its not a great loss for Kolkata Knight Riders. Salman Butt will be playing mostly, he ia very good player, watch out guys.
