Lindsay Lohan Shows Up For Court

Watch Hansel And Gretel Online. Earlier this week, Lindsay Lohan submitted a doctor’s note to the judge saying she wouldn’t be able to fly back to Los Angeles because of an upper respiratory infection, but after taking the time to consider how that might look, she rapidly switched courses and showed up in time for her first hearing in the lying to police case this morning. During the proceedings, Judge Stephanie Sautner wished Lindsay the best of luck with her health and then discussed the matter at hand: whether or not Lindsay’s new attorney Mark Heller would be allowed to represent her. According to TMZ, Judge Sautner asked Lindsay if she was still comfortable with the swap, and she responded that he was okay to represent her for today.

Watch A Haunted House Online. When pushed, however, she amended her answer and said it’s okay if he represents her for the rest of the case. Rumor has it Heller has agreed to represent Lohan either for free or for a greatly reduced cost, but since he’s based out of New York and her former attorney, Shawn Holley, is one of the most well-respected Los Angeles-based attorneys out there, it’s easy to see why she’s apprehensive. Lohan might not be known for her solid decision making skills, but showing up in court today was absolutely the right call. Instead of starting behind the eight ball, she illustrated her maturity to the judge and was able to officially get her new lawyer on the case.

Watch The Hobbit Online. With that uncertainty out of the way, the two can now focus on keeping her out of jail. When very public people engage in affairs, not only does the world often find out, but it generally becomes a mess for the people involved, as well. When The Playboy Club’s Eddie Cibrian left his Real Housewives of Beverly Hills wife Brandi Glanville for famous music performer LeAnn Rimes, it spawned a lengthy Twitter battle between the two women and caused Glanville to write a book. Drinking & Tweeting and Other Brandi Blunders is a tell-all story of Glanville’s life, complete with plenty of juicy tidbits.

Watch PARKER Online. Unfortunately, this also means that the woman is blowing her husband’s affair with Rimes wide open. The subject may be of interest to fans or gossipmongers, but it may not be the best thing for Cibrian and Glanville’s sons, who are 9 years old and 5 years old. Life & Style shared a pretty shocking and unglamorous tidbit from the book on Tuesday. ““LeAnn had ‘accidentally’ smeared some cake frosting on her top (she was still a bigger girl and completely flat-chested at the time) and asked my husband, not realizing that I was standing behind the both of them, if he wanted lick it off her.”

Watch MAMA Online. Without defending Rimes and Cibrian’s decision to have an affair, the above statement just makes Glanville look worse than the people she is trying to slander. Additionally, Fox News is reporting Rimes is in a fragile state with the book coming out, which is no surprise since the woman only recently completed a rehab stint, struggling after a complete breakdown and has since stated she hopes Glanville can be happy. It doesn’t matter at this point who is at fault for the problems, it would be better for the sake of the children to take a step back and figure out how to get along. Rockstar Games revealed the official release date for Grand Theft Auto V.

Watch Breaking Dawn Part 2 Online. The open-world crime game will hit the PS3 and Xbox 360 in September, making it one of the first big releases of the holiday season. This fall Rockstar said that they were going to release GTA V in the Spring. However, they said today that they want additional development time. Considering the hype surrounding the game, I can't blame them. There's a lot of money at stake for both Rockstar and their parent Take-Two. Yesterday an analyst speculated that this release date would be announced next week during Take-Two's latest earnings report. However, this game's release date does seem important enough to deserve its own separate announcement. The date would've overshadowed pretty much any other information announced during the Q3 report.

GTA V is set in the city of Los Santos, previously featured in last-gen title GTA: San Andreas. Players take on the role of three very different criminals: ex-con Michael, psychopath Trevor and former gangster Franklin. These three will team up to pull off some of the biggest heists the city has ever seen. There was no mention of the PC in today's announcement. A possible PC version has been rumored for a few months now. It would've been nice to get confirmation of that version but Rockstar wants today's focus to be on the console release date. Grand Theft Auto V will launch on the Xbox 360 and PS3 on September 17th. The date applies to all territories. Call of Duty: Black Ops 2's Revolution Pack arrived earlier this week, giving players five new maps to master. Today Treyarch released a series of helpful videos to speed up the learning process for these new locations. The Revolution DLC adds four new maps for competitive multiplayer: Hydro, Downhill, Grind and Mirage. These maps will take players to a hydroelectric dam, the French Alps, a Venice Beach skatepark, and the Gobi Desert. The fifth map, Die Rise, is for zombie co-op mode and is set within a ruined Chinese city. The new maps are the main focus of Revolution but they're not the only content included. Revolution also adds a new weapon called the Peacekeeper SMG, a cross between an assault rifle and a submachine gun. A new game mode, Turned, allows players to become zombies for the first time ever. Revolution is available only on Xbox 360 at the present time. It costs 1200 MS Points, or $15. Players can also buy a $50 Season Pass to get all four map packs for Black Ops 2 at a discount.
