BLACKCAPS Brendon McCullum and Ross Taylor are likely to face off when the Indian Premier League opens this weekend.
Taylor’s Bangalore Royal Challengers entertain McCullum and the Kolkata Knight Riders as the eight-team tournament starts in the Karnataka state capital on Friday (local time).
The Royal Challengers, who have appointed former New Zealand captain Martin Crowe as their chief cricket officer, are captained by India’s Rahul Dravid and could also include Wisden Cricketer of the Year Zaheer Khan.
