Just to post an update on the India A vs New Zealand A match, India A are chasing 205 for victory on the final day against New Zealand A at Darwin.

Very impressive performances from RP Singh, Piyush Chawla and Craig McMillan, but New Zealand A’s batting was quite poor actually.

Just saw the scorecard of the India A-New Zealand A match. Who is Jeetan Patel? Any relation to Dipak Patel?

Jeetan has been around for some time, Bob. But I don’t know his relation to Dipak, though he too is an off-spinner. Could be a nephew!

He’s already played in the NZ international squad in both Tests and ODIs (2005-06).
