My tip for Australia's final the team for the first Test (v Sri Lanka, next week) is, in batting order:

• Haydo (Hayden)
• Cluseau (Jaques)
• Punter (Ponting)
• Pup (Clarke)
• Huss (Hussey)
• Gilly (Gillchrist)
• Yo-Gorilla (Symmonds)
• Bing (Lee)
• Mr Bean (Clark)
• Lizzardman (MacGill)
• Tait
• Minnelli (Johnston) - 12th man

Anybody else care to opine...?

Just as a matter of interest, why do think Liza Minnelli (aka: Mitchell Johnson) is in line for the nod?

I'm thinking that Lee & Tait will be used in unison, if for no other reason than because the selectors want to see what a double-pronged fast pace attack can do for Australia, & that Clark will be included because (with both Lee & Tait in the side) there will be a real need for some good solid line-&-length bowling, too.
It's for the same reason that I think MacGill will get the nod over Hogg. IE: The selectors will only take one gamble in the bowling department... & my money's on Tait.

Well, looks like my suspected lin up is out the window...

Tait's been ruled out with that dman elbow injury again - coming into the squad to replace him comes the young Ben Hilfenhaus!

Anyonw wondering what's happened to Bracken? I know I am! He's not injured, & he's got just a muich claim to a spot as Johnson or Hilfy, but he doesn't seem to be even under consideration. Hmmm...
