Yes, they concentrated hard, stuck to individual gameplans and were always searching for the runs. They really made the Sri Lankan bowlers toil.

Ashwell Prince’s was the most impressive innings: his team was hanging on by a thread and his reputation as a leader was up for questioning, rightly so since his on-field captaincy was hardly inspiring. He needed to lead from the front with the bat and did so.
