What do Cricket Scouts be looking for when you playing a match for your team what do they want to see from a player that will make them stand out from all the others

Obviously skill. If the player is a specialist player (ie. Batsman, Bowler, Wicketkeeper or All-Rounder), then they'll be looking at how good they play their role.

They look for the talent and skill.
They might look for: Stamina, Speed, Agility etc...
