Englandwill be desperate to turn in a good performance in the 7th and final ODI against Australia at Durham tomorrow, the hosts are 6-0 down and should Australia seal victory tomorrow it will be the 1st time in the history of world cricket that a side has ever sealed a 7-0 whitewash.
At the start of the summer much was expected of the Essex batsman Ravi Bopara, Bopara scored 3 successive Test centuries against the West Indies earlier this year.
However Bopara was not able to maintain that form in the Ashes and was dropped for the 5th and final Test which England won to reclaim the urn.
Bopara made 49 in the 1st ODI of this series and has since had some good starts but has failed to kick on and make a substantial score.
England will be looking for him to step up and be counted if they are to upset the Betting Oddsand earn a much needed consolation victory.
