Gibson appointed England fast bowling coach

LONDON, Oct 14 - Ottis Gibson has been named as England's new fast bowling coach, the England and Wales Cricket Board announced on Sunday.

The appointment of the 38-year-old West Indian follows England's 3-2 win over hosts Sri Lanka in the five-match one day international series which has just ended.

Gibson was Durham's leading wicket-taker this season with 80 wickets and is the current PCA player of the year.

yep they were playing so badly before the series against india that deserved to be below england
