John Cusack Developing A Rush Limbaugh Biopic

Watch Skyfall online. There are plenty of outspoken liberals among the Hollywood elite, but few of them proclaim their political views as loudly as Chicago-native John Cusack. Which makes this recent movie news very, very, very, very weird (yes, it deserves four "verys")

Watch Wreck it Ralph Online. The Associated Press has learned from Cusack's production company, New Crime Productions that the actor is now developing a biopic about hyper hardcore conservative radio announcer Rush Limbaugh with the intention of starring in it.

Watch The Man With The Iron Fists Online. No details about the project's plot are revealed in the report, but Betty Thomas is attached to direct the movie and the company is "putting finishing touches on a script." Production is aiming to start next year. Thomas, who began her career as an actress, has mixed it up over the course of her long career, making movies like Doctor Dolittle, Private Parts, 28 Days, I Spy, and John Tucker Must Die.

Watch Pitch Perfect Online. She most recently helmed the 2009 family movie Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel. Cusack has had a busy year, with James McTeigue's The Raven and Lee Daniels' The Paperboy being released in theaters. He has an incredible number of upcoming projects as well, including the serial killer thriller The Frozen Ground with Nic Cage; the indie dramedy Adult World with Emma Roberts; and Daniels' The Butler, in which he plays Richard Nixon.

Watch Paranormal Activity 4 Online. He is currently filming a new thriller with Elijah Wood and Kerry Bishe called Grand Piano, which is about a concert pianist who is threatened with death if he can't perform a perfect show. The real question remains whether the song “When Love is Gone” will be part of the release (and whether you care). Disney took the song out of the original theatrical release, and has subsequently put the track back in and taken it out again according to whim in later releases. I personally have no track record with the song, and couldn’t pick it out of a lineup, but if you are the type of person who is really invested in the integrity of the original version of the film, you may want to keep your eyes peeled before you purchase. Until then, you can check out the list of extras, below.
