All rounder Jacques Kallisscored the 32nd Century of his Test Match career, as South Africa finished day 1 of the 1st Test against England very well placed at 262-4.
Widely regarded as one of the finest all rounders in world cricket and he appeared back to his very best as he took the English bowlers to task.

Kallis was given good support by the talented left handed batsman JP Dumminy.

When South Africa last toured England in the Summer last year Kallis endured a torrid time with the bat, just averaging 14.
However in 2005 when England toured South Africa, Kallis was the most prolific batsman for the home side.
The home side will now be hoping to push on and get a total of around 400 which would put them in a superb position to move ahead in this series.
Kallis will be hoping to keep batting as he has the chance to score the 1st double century of his career.

If you are a Bettingperson then you would do well to back South Africa to win the series.
