Bangladesh coach Jamie Siddons is taking Cricket Australia to the court, claiming he suffered a major shoulder injury after throwing balls in the practice sessions in the 2005 Ashes series. According to the Herald Sun, Siddons, who was the assistant coach for the Australian team, has lodged a writ in the Victorian Supreme Court in which he has reported suffering injury, loss and damage.

The Australia coach during that tour in England, John Buchanan, confirmed that rigorous throw-downs for hours during the practice sessions had taken a toll on Siddon's shoulder.
