The Rajasthan Royals last night defeated Chennai by 8 wickets with 34-balls remaining thanks to an incredible bowling performance from Pakistani fast-bowler Sohail Tanvir.
Tanvir took the prize wickets of Stephen Fleming and Parthiv Patel in his first over, three wickets in his first spell, and then came back and bagged another three in his second spell to finish with tournament and Twenty20 best figures of 6 for 14.
Australian's Shane Watson and Shane Warne took one wicket each.
In the other match of the night the Mumbai Indians defeated the Delhi Daredevils by 29 runs. Shaun Pollock was the player of the match scoring 33 runs and taking 2 for 16 from his four overs.
