Victoria appear to be in a very good position at half time of their Champions League encounter against the Royal Challengers BangaloreBangalore won the toss and decided to bat 1st and although they made a rapid start, scoring 39 within the 1st 5 overs, they lost wickets at regular intervals and were only able to post a below par total of 127-6 from their 20 overs.
Earlier this year Bangalore stunned the cricket world when they reached the final of the IPL, which was staged in South Africa.
Despite a brave performance Bangalore were narrowly beaten by the Deccan Chargers.

The Chargers were pre tournament favorites at the Champions League but they suffered losses to Somerset and Trinidad and as a result were eliminated at the 1st hurdle.
Bangalore have one of strongest batting line ups in the tournament and they will be bitterly disappointed with the way that they capitulated today.
It is hard to see Bangalore defying the Oddsand being able to win from here.
