Australia's captain Ricky Pontinghas said that his team will not underestimate India, ahead of their one Day Series which starts on Sunday.
Australia have been playing some brilliant one day cricket in recent times, they won the NatWest series in England 6-1 and backed it up by winning the ICC Champions Trophy in South Africa earlier this month.
India on the other hand have struggled somewhat, and failed to reach the Semi Finals of the Champions Trophy, but they were without several key players in that event, and the hosts will be happy to welcome back opener Virender Sehwag for the series against Australia.
Ponting said that as these two sides are number one and two in the world he expects a very tight contest.

Last year India and beat Australia in the final of a triangular series in Australia, that tournament also involved Sri Lanka.
Michael Clarke is ruled out of the 1st few matches due to injury.

It is hard to see India upsetting the Betting Oddsand winning the ODI series.
