Australia took a 1-0 lead in their Test Series against the West Indies after they sealed victory by an innings and 65 runs in the 1st Test Match at BrisbaneAustralia's form in Test Match cricket has been a bit up and down this season they beat South Africa 2-1 in South Africa, but later in the summer they lost the Ashes 2-1 in England.

Australia posted a decent 1st innings total of 480 Simon Katich top scored with 92. West Indies were bowled out for just 228 in their response and as a result they were asked to follow on by the home side.
Following on the West Indies were only able to make 187 although debutant Adrian Barath did manage to make a superb 104.
West Indies were missing their star batsman Ramnaresh Sarwan for this match, Sarwan injured himself in training and was forced to watch from the sidelines as he team were comprehensively outplayed in Brisbane.
It would take a brave person to Betagainst Australia winning the series.
