After losing to Australia yesterday England find themselves in the unenviable position of being 6-0 down in the ODI series, no team has ever lost an ODI series 7-0 but the way this series has gone so far there is every chance that Australia will become the 1st team to do just that on Sunday.
The main problem for England is the fact that because the Champions Trophy in South Africa takes place next week, they have had no choice but to name the same squad for that prestigious tournament as the one that has been outplayed by Australia.
There is no doubt about the fact that Australia are playing some good One Day cricket now, but how can England regroup from such a battering knowing that they have to rely on the same squad in the Champions Trophy? It is going to be very difficult to say the least.
Australia on the other hand will be very confident that they can upset the Betting Oddsand defend their title.
