When should a cricketing board decide that enough really is enough and "you've had your chance sunshine and you blew it?"

What is it with these English boys who really have no drive or desire to play good cricket for their countries? I think it's disgraceful and that Trescothick should be put out to pasture and never allowed to wear the 3 lions again, no matter how well he may be batting in county.

Well, I can't help but think that Marcus 'the great big girls blouse sookey la la' Trescothic will be just fine... as long as he doesn't have to play aginast Australia, or endure any sort of pressure or stress - that'd just be too much for his poor little heart; & when I say 'little', I'm talking Kevin Pietersen little!
