I am really dissapointed with england teams performance. It seems that their county cricket nowdays pomotes no fast bowling. Their batting too seems lacklustre. Their team calibre now is equivalent to some new playing sides like holland and ireland. West indies and new zealand team also not playing that well. Then zimbabwe and sri lanka are playing those funny days games.( perhaps the pitch and conditions doesn't suit foreign teams) Its cool that quarterfinals are played with group a playing against group b! So if by luck any teams do find place in semi-finals otherwise mainly india/new zealand Vs south africa and australia Vs pakistan/england semis! Sri lanka can surprise if they achieve to play in semis! The eventual winner will again be australians which i would rather not like and would give me a sweat! Might south africa win?! or if the tournament is match fixed then india would emerge as an unexpected winner! Anyway there would be exciting performances from pakistan, new zealand and even comedy sri lankans!

The pakistan-india semis seem one-sided match. Pakistan conceded too many runs and gave their wickets away blindly. The present day pakistan team seemed like pakistan A team(mixed with local unknown seniors) of 2005. Even sri lanka looks like a sri lanka A team. It even seems minds match fixing, not for money.

The JOKAR team finally won! IKKE PE IKKA. Half of the jokar team doesn't even seem to have liked winning the world cup. Perhaps we will see teamwork in the next world cup! I think sri lanka were falling short of atleast two medium pacers who could had taken the jokar team wickets!
Anyway nice world cup though, padistan played well as always! South africa and new zealand should had played better! And england was a big dissapointment!

Lets imagine if any other side had won the world cup instead of india, say new zealand. Then the prize distribution of new zealand would had been very boring in india, there would had been celebrations in new zealand ofcourse! But india winning in india has made larger audiences and profits atleast for the time being!( who knows pakistan or west indies might quit from playing international cricket in near future)
Now from till some months every time indian team plays a ODI or a test match they would be called on by commentators as the great world cup 2011 champions. Atleast me have to bear that till some time for a year i suppose!

The IPL tournaments might had given indian batsmen a lot of practise against international bowlers! When will Asia cup and sharjah cup tournaments again take place?

Making a cricket odi match is very simple. Other than playing for scoring runs for building an innings in a match, the two teams can easily fix a match! Its not like football that two teams play for just 90 minutes and has to defend too.
Like for eg. india Vs pakistan, lets say before even starting the match instructions are given to each side. Like openors should play if not out for 90 runs to score in 22 overs. There are some specialist swing bowlers who could finish a side in just 22 overs, but they too are instructed to take just one or two wickets. Even the batsman may be assigned to give away their wickets at stipulated overs!
And then there is always a big innings in between and suddenly the lower half team gets out. And sometimes even score big runs in the final overs! Then why weren't the batsman tried hitting during the mid part of the innings!
So it is easily seen that the match is fixed with instructions given to both the sides. Otherwise if not then the tournament would had been disoriented and lacklustre!
The biggest circus then seems the bowlers tiring for years after years!
I think even before starting of this 2011 cricket world cup, every team was given instructions on who should win to proceed to the finals!

I think the 2011 cricket world cup was affected by International Cricket Council's racisms. And even india too was not far behind in their own racism match fixing. Perhaps ICC had withdrawn from its approval of continuing the 2011 world cup, but still india, pakistan and sri lanka (new zealand too) were still continuing play of its fixed decisive unofficial world cup! The world cup trophy didn't as well came and still india seem to have won the world cup!?
Also m.s.dhoni doesn't seem pretending like as a cricket world cup 2011 winning captain even if has won it!
